Is Embroidery Included in the Price?

We have tried to simplify the ordering process, by including embroidery to the left chest (as worn) of many items on the site.  Where a minimum order quantity is denoted for the product most of these quantity sectioned products have embroidery included, namely; Leavers Hoodies, Team Hoodies, Team Polo shirts, Baseball Caps/Headwear.

I require more than one logo embroidered?

In order to keep the site “simple” we have only produced costings to include one embroidery application per garment. 

We can however produce your own bespoke cost to include multiple applications/positions and create your own embedded ordering page. 

Please e-mail us with jpegs of each of the logos required, together with the size and position required for each logo, and not forgetting the garment type/code you require the quote to include.

Do you charge for embroidery origination/set up.

Only if your order is for less than the minimum order quantity specified for the product you require.

If you require less than 16 garments (Team Polos) or 24 garments (Hoodies etc) on your initial order (depending on product required) a set up cost (Once only charge) would apply. All confirmed orders; embroidery designs are sampled for your approval prior to production, so nothing is supplied blindly.

I Don't Have a Logo. Can You Help? space

We can supply “stock” designs for your support, within limitations.  If you require a generic/stock logo please e-mail us: and we will e-mail you a choice of designs for you to consider.  Alternatively, you can always send us what artwork you do have, and we can work from this initially, and we shall supply you pdf proofs/illustrations for your approval.  (This facility we offer on confirmed orders only).

I Have My Own Design, What Do I Do Now? space

We prefer files in the following format: EPS, and JPEG. If you don't have your artwork in an electronic format, but have a clean laser print out of the design in colors, send it to us as a scanned jpeg, so we can assess its suitability for translation to either embroidery and/or printing processes. 

Can I Request a Sample?

space- You can purchase samples blank (only) for determining suitability of material, size of garment and colour.  Once returned, we can adopt this item within your actual order, or can refund the item (less carriage) if unworn and within its original packing.

Sizing issues space- We are not responsible for sizing issues once the order is confirmed and your logo embroidered. To avoid fitting and sizing problems, please purchase samples prior to your production orders. spacespace

Can I See a Sample of My Embroidery?

All confirmed orders will be sampled for your approval prior to actual production of your order.  We can edit the design until you are satisfied, so long as we maintain protocols of working within the constraints of embroidery.

Embroidery Quality

Although we pride ourselves in providing quality embroidery registration, please note that embroidery is a mechanical process. A needle is doing the sewing, so each item will have its own characteristic due to machine variance.  We always sample onto the fabric that imitates the material composition of the garment(s) you have ordered, and you always receive the sample for approval prior to production, for your and our peace of mind, that your expectations are met.

Can I Combine Sizes?

Yes you can.  The quantities stipulated in the products shown with a minimum order quantity are created and costed for you to mix the sizes to make up the minimum quantity.

Logo Colors space- We will match your logo colour the best we can. If you have a Pantone color for your logo, we will try to match that. All Pantone colors must be clearly indicated when sending us your logo.  

I would like a back print (not embroidery) as an additional requirement to my garment.

We print in-house (vinyl process) which we use for the majority of our smaller orders and the facility exists on most products to add the one colour print to the garment.  If you see a product on the site that does not include this option, we can introduce the option for you – please e-mail us the code/product that you would like the facility (with added cost) to be introduced to and we will e-mail you back within 24 hours of the add on having been actioned to the site.

Initials required to each or most of the garments.

Many of the products offer this additional facility in the drop down menu choices of each product. 

If you see a product on the site that does not include this option, we can introduce the option for you – please e-mail us the code/product that you would like the facility (with added cost) to be introduced to and we will e-mail you back within 24 hours of the “add on” having been actioned to the site.

How do I advise you of the names and/or initials we require applying to the garments?

To keep the ordering process simple, we have not included this option within the drop down menus – Instead we have supplied links to pages that provide spreadsheets “Name forms” to download – so you can list the name/initial requirements and e-mail us after your order is placed and paid.
